Teneka Mohammed is a self-taught visual artist and filmmaker. Hailing from the hills of Piparo, Teneka's work offers refreshing, new perspectives on the Caribbean landscape.
Her fascination with the details of Caribbean flora and her striking colour palette allow her to paint picturesque interpretations of nature that will feel familiar to any Caribbean person, giving us a second glance at the beauty we often take for granted.
Yejide Cordner is a self-taught digital artist. Her work captures the spirit of familiar aspects of Trinidad and Tobago’s culture and landscape to celebrate our local agriculture and biodiversity.
